Ingrid is a freelance writer. After a career as a registered nurse she completed her degree in creative writing and journalism. She writes features and short stories for various West Australian publications and has won a poetry award. Her writing specialties are restaurant reviews and travel articles for lifestyle magazines. An eclectic reader, Ingrid also proof reads for a publishing company in Perth and is currently working on her first novel. She also runs writing workshops for beginner writers “Release the story within”.
